Having experienced double digit growth, they required a Business Development Manager to maximize sales and margin performance and grow an expanding portfolio of global market leading brands. The culture centers on collaboration and team spirit, so it was crucial to find someone committed to collaborating with team members to create the best outcomes for internal and external clients.

The candidate would be responsible for achieving set team budgets and metrics with a technical aptitude to be able to understand the mining or industrial sector.

They would also leverage an established account base while having the opportunity to develop new business, with the primary markets being mining, construction, manufacturing and food processing.
