The Need

A Strategic Business Development position was created who would be responsible for leading and managing the business development effort within ANZ. They would also be responsible for driving increased sales revenue that will support the recruitment of their sales team and accelerate ongoing growth/market share.

They needed someone with first-class client relationship building skills to position Clintel as a ‘trusted partner’ who can competently deliver agile software solutions and transform their clients’ service delivery to patients in their care.

Previous experience selling ‘end-to-end’ software solutions in a B2B environment was essential; and they needed a strategic vision with proven success driving sales revenue growth.

They also needed strong market analysis skills and someone well versed in dealing with senior decision makers. They needed someone capable of taking control since their desire to build and manage their own Australasian team would be solely dependent on their own sales success.
