My partner and I decided to make a temporary move down to Hobart from the Sunshine Coast whilst there was nothing holding us back. Something that seems impossible for a lot of people considering the main holdback is the 9-5 grind.
ReillyScott came along at the perfect time, the perfect job (yes they exist). I was promised a fantastic team, flexible hours, completely remote work and future opportunities for growth. 6 months in and I can confirm they stuck to those promises! An entirely results-driven organisation providing a job that fits around you, whether that’s getting the kids from school or trips to the Huon Valley at 2 pm on a Tuesday.
The purpose of this post is nothing more than to encourage you to look at what’s important to you and make it happen, after all, there is no prize for burnout…
